View from the Radio Rag studio in Moss Side

For many years Radio Rag broadcast from student bedrooms in various halls of residence around Manchester.

There was always a limiting factor in space, since student bedrooms are small, and more importantly time. Radio Rag often had to close down when the bedroom owner returned from the pub and wanted to go the sleep!

The solution was moving the studio to rented houses and flats with more space. This allowed Radio Rag to broadcast around the clock at weekends.
